Responder al anuncioPOSITIONThe Admin Assistant for PR Media department will be responsible for providing exceptional and elevated administrative support in the areas of PR, Communications, and Media, as well as general office administration to the Mediterranean zone. Specific aspects of this role will include the following:SAP: Register New Vendors, create POs, and make Good Receipts (for Publicity and Communications in our 4 countries: Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey). Travel: Manage all trips of journalists, influencers, and celebrities with Amex, and organize the logistics of all those trips (hotels, restaurants, experiences, etc. ). Showroom: Add and remove all the products we need to incorporate into the showroom. Control: LVMH invoices and orders with Cergy. Publicity: Keep the media plan of the 4 countries in iMedia up to date (both support and investment). Office: Keep track and follow up with supply functions, messaging, etc. PROFILEIdeal candidates will have:1-3 years of PR Media and/or office administration experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented. Team player.
