Job Description
You will have the opportunity to work for the account of one of the country's most important retail companies!
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish, will have a 100% performance focus and will be highly motivated to work independently and in a team.
How you’d spend your day:
- Search and recruitment of new supports for the Spanish and international market. Building strong and lasting relationships with the media to ensure their loyalty and performance.
- Monitoring of support activity, performance analysis, identification of areas for improvement and recommendation of ways to increase customer and affiliate revenue.
- Negotiation of placements, collaborations, special agreements and optimization opportunities with publishers for the creation of beneficial strategies for the client and its affiliates.
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance and compliance with objectives. Monitor and ensure compliance with budgets.
- Management of creative pieces, implementation of pixels, development of traffic plans.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years experience in the performance marketing sector.
- Previous experience in media agency will be valued.
- Languages: High level of English (B2 minimum).
- Tools: MS Office (advanced level), Adservers (DCM, Weborama, Sizmek. . . ), knowledge and handling of specific affiliation technologies, knowledge of HTML and trafficking.
