As Customer Engagement Strategy Partner, you will be a member of the Customer Experience & Digital team in Spain. You will foster the customer centric transformation journey across the Therapeutical Area, developing new mindset, capabilities and solutions to impact our business through personalized and differentiated interactions with our customers. You will be strongly collaborating with different partners in the Spanish Innovative Medicines division. Your key responsibilities:Have a deep understanding of key business dynamics and customers’ needs as well as full visibility over Therapeutical Area strategies, data infrastructure and sources. Generate concrete insights to co-create solutions together with cross-functional teams, with the objective to build and enhance a positive and solid customer experience based on a consistent omnichannel strategy. Lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels. Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages to support the successful delivery within set critical metrics. Collaborate with Commercial teams on sales force critical metrics, field sales targeting strategy and monitoring. Foster a data driven approach to collect insights and make data-driven decisions. Drive mindsets change to adopt innovative mindset and agile & new ways of working as a culture shift. Up-skill and develop assigned business teams in digital capabilities. Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree required (scientific background in NOT required). At least 3 years’ experience managing customer engagement projects or in consultancy with a proven track record of delivering results. At least 3 years’ experience and a strong results-based track record of creating and implementing customer-centric projects, improving customer experience and operational effectiveness. Ability to translate data into insights and those insights into strategic recommendations which will help achieve business goals. Be able to build strong business relationships across multiple functions and levels to increase value. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Desirable requirements:Strategic and logical thinking with analytical and commercial approach.
