We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join the division of Industrial Gases in Spain who will be based in Catalonia, Spain. The successful candidate will be focused on developing measurable results and increasing the business in the regions of Catalonia, Aragon, Levante and Balearic Islands. What will be your main functions? Maximizing sales volume and profitability within the assigned regionIdentifying and understanding the customer's application requirementsCarrying out market research and conducting ongoing customer visitsMarket mapping and identification of key customersCollaborating with the team and utilizing Donaldson's existing network to open new business opportunitiesResearching the best technical solutions based on customer needs, preparing presentations and other documentsEnsuring that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are successful for the company and its customersWhat profile are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented individual, with previous experience in technical sales, and who is used to working independently. Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial sales environmentTechnical engineering or higher studiesPreferably located in the Barcelona areaAvailability to travel within the assigned territory 70% of the timeFluent in Catalan, Spanish & EnglishKnowledge of compressed air, industrial gases, and filtration will be highly valuedWhat do we offer?
