About the RoleWe are looking for a visionary senior leader to interact with key stakeholders in Global Supply Chain as well in Essity HR Group functions and Country HR and is a key player in the GSC leadership team and in the GHR Management Team. The position reports to the President of Global Supply Chain. The GSC organization has a scope covering around 18. 000 people spread globally with an end to end organization including Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Engineering and Finance. Our key strategical initiatives to deliver the state of the art end to end supply chain are, among others, I CARE (RESH - Health and Well Being program), TPM - Manufacturing Excellence, First Time Right in Engineering, Employee Experience program, Advanced supply chain and physical distribution management, Disruptive Innovation technological development and Co-value creation with suppliers. We're looking for a colleague who on a daily basis lives Essity Beliefs and Behaviors and drives these values in the organization. The VP HR leads a close HR team, hence collaboration is key to success. What You Will DoSet and implement GSC People goals and strategy based on the overall GSC Strategy and Essity People and Culture strategy. Contributes to Essity's global People and Culture strategy. Use HR metrics to monitor organizational health and identifies areas of improvement. Ensures professional HR guidance and coaching to leaders in GSC on leadership challenges and other areas such as talent- and capability development, culture & change, DEI etc. Own and coordinate the Talent management process globally. Drives continuous development of the organization and secure a robust and agile change management framework and supportApplies workforce and capability planning and other HR processes to secure attraction, retention and development of talent to meet current and future needs of GSC. Secure the right level of information flow in any industrial relations. Leads and manages the HR function within GSCContributes to the development of GSC overall strategic planWho You Are10+ years of experience working in HR within an international companyBachelor's degree within the field of HR, Psychology and/or Business.
