Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation and with proven experience in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting. Another module would be considered very positively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders. Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology. Good understanding of HR processes. High level of English is essential; French or German are welcome. You like autonomy and taking initiative, and you are self-managing. You enjoy working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve. Which tasks can you expect? As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. You will participate in and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills. Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients' key users. Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation. SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
