Responder al anuncioJob Requisition ID #- 24WD79270Position OverviewAs an Inside Partner Manager in the Channel Sales Platinum team, you will be part of a sub-team responsible for one of our biggest Platinum partners in EMEA. You will work on strategic planning, ensure follow-up, and promote collaboration between partner and Autodesk teams including sales, customer success, marketing, and others. Our mission is to increase their growth performance, and we support them on their transformational path to becoming a SaaS solutions provider. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners. You will be reporting to the Channel Sales Manager. This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona. ResponsibilitiesYou will guide your assigned partner with your team on their path to becoming a SaaS Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targets and ensuring a common vision between Autodesk and the Partner. You will build impactful relationships. You will help plan the annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its execution. You will plan partner development areas and support them in increasing their capabilities. You will help develop strategies to achieve quarterly growth targets. You will support collaboration between partners and Autodesk teams. You will recap quarterly sales results with the partner and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters. You will participate in specific projects relating to the growth of indirect business. You will ensure operational support. Minimum Qualifications3+ years experience in partner management in the IT Software market. You understand market dynamics in a SaaS business model. You are a communicator with business fluency in German and English. You have experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-level executives.
