RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the production process and possible risks, adjusting to priorities and timelines.
- Serve as a point of contact between the creative agency/client and the production team.
- Delegate tasks to the production team, ensuring the necessary resources for its development.
- Monitor compliance with tasks and deadlines and successful delivery of final creatives.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Assist in the development of briefs.
- Ensure that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing.
- Communicate with the agency's executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Student in the end year of Advertising or Marketing.
- Preferably related Master's degree.
- Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
- High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
- Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.
CONDITIONS
- Possibility of a 9-month internship.
- Full-time position.
- Provision of work materials.
- 15 days of vacation during the 9 months.
