Incredibly excited to be partnering with my client, a mid-size Global CRO to support them in their search for a Site Payment Manager, to assist with Clinical Trial Site Activation. Client
A mid-sized Global CRO with a rich history and one of the most recognizable names in the sector. You get the best of both worlds working in this organisation - you benefit from the resources and stability of such a well-run business and the people-first approach of a smaller organisation where you feel empowered and recognised.

- Work cross-functionally to prepare IG budgets at the study, country, and clinical site level.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal/external IG requests and issue escalation.
- Manage the daily Site Payments operations/resources to ensure the accurate and timely development of IG estimates/budgets and applicable budget templates.

- Provide oversight, coaching, and professional development opportunities for assigned staff.
- Own/participate in the execution of departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts in order to build streamlined, scalable, well-controlled target-state systems, processes, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of prior investigator grants management experience in a Global CRO.
- Fluent in English.
- Must have strong, demonstrated experience with the following:
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach junior staff.
- Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex challenges and make effective decisions.
- Clearly present complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form.
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve noted challenges/concerns.
- Ability to track/manage multiple competing deliverables/deadlines.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently and independently completing high-quality work.
- Excellent computer skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
This is an opportunity not to be missed - I urge you to get in touch ASAP.
