What you will do:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust global marketing strategy for the HITMAN franchise, aligned with the overall business objectives and brand vision.
- Identify growth opportunities: Seek growth opportunities through brand collaborations, participation at events, new products, co-marketing partnerships, to support and exceed our acquisition objectives.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns, and work closely with specialists in digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and events.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to identify key trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring successful coordination with product development, sales, and distribution teams.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, including trailers, promotional content, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and monitor campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and gaming communities.
Who you are:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry. Proven track record of managing global marketing campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Passion: A genuine passion for gaming. Ability to connect with the gaming community and stay abreast of industry trends.
