The goal remains to deliver the world’s best chess experience. - We are looking for an experienced VP to oversee the marketing operations of the company and develop its strategy and vision. **Responsibilities**:- Listen to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation- Plan, organize and own marketing functions and operations (product marketing, brand marketing, and growth marketing. )- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, communications, PR and other marketing efforts across channels. - Ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”- Build and expand our network of strategic partnershipsSet, monitor and report on individual marketing channel goals**Requirements**:- Chess background is a mandatory requirement for this role, we need Chess lovers :)- Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords- Demonstrable experience developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc. )- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT,
