We are looking for aBusiness Directorto lead our Banking Unit and develop our Customer Experience and Innovation practice across EMEA. Wanna know more? Keep reading!Which is the role? Develop new client relationships to become the strategic and trusted business adviser to the client. Cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits. Understand clients' operating and financial business model to anticipate business needs in driving solutions, identifying opportunities to increase performance. Manage relationships with clients as the senior point of contact. Coordinate the resources needed to service projects, building strategic operational plans and balancing the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. Develop effective, growth-centred mentor relationships with Account Managers and establish a good working relationship while seeking feedback from the Client Services Director. Manage a team of account managers and oversee their day-to-day management. Create an account strategy to drive sales across the business and produce proposals and presentations for clients to land new accounts. Proactively identify client needs and business opportunities, liaising with other members of the business on existing accounts. Build relationships with key personnel within customer accounts, monitoring client satisfaction post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally. Provide the team with all necessary tools and training to improve core expertise and continued career growth. Build a team to deliver company business and revenue goals. Partner with Operations and Finance in building client P&L. #J-18808-Ljbffr
