They are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Process Analyst to join their Barcelona team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operations, data management, and process optimization. In this role, you will report to the Operations Excellence Manager, and you will play a crucial role in supporting client operations and driving organizational success. TasksAnalyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvementImplement optimization and automation where opportunities existApply process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive continuous improvementLead process redesign initiatives, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurementConduct root cause analysis to pinpoint improvement areas and develop effective solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and redesign and streamline processesDevelop process documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitor the performance of implemented process changes to ensure their efficiencyPresent reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives to senior managementFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process changesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related fieldA master's degree or relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies is preferredAt least 3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar roleDeep knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e. G. , Visio, Miro, Vizagi)Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e. G.
