We are looking for several Business Support Coordinator in our Málaga office!
Within the New Mercedes-Benz Delivery HUB Europe - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need several Business Support Coordinator.
Description of role and responsibilities
- Coordinate the business support specialists.
- 2nd level support: point of contact of 1st level support to resolve queries and incidences that require escalation. Distribution of incidences to the specialists for the resolution.
- Point of contact to the Market Operations Center and Retail of the Future program (3rd level support) program for further resolution escalation.
- Sales and business process auditing: identification of major incidences and potential sales processes improvements.
- Re-direct conclusions and proposal of processes improvements based on the incidence analisis to the market operations center.
- Trains and onboard to specialists on new implemented processes updates.
- Communicate new process and application releases to end customers (Sales representatives and Market Operations Centers)
Education degree
- Required: Customer Service Academic studies (FPs, Certifications for incident management…)
- Optional: Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in fields such as Business Administration
Technical experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in customer support or incident management, preferably in a coordination role (e. g. service manager).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, SNOW, or other incident management tools and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business processes in understandable terms to various stakeholders.
- Experience in process optimization, with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and enhancing current solutions.
- Ability to provide administrative support to Business Operations and generate comprehensive documentation.
- Willingness to travel to agents/MOCs for process auditing and to maintain hands-on involvement in process improvements.
- Experience in training and onboarding specialists on new process updates.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
English:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
