We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team in one of our offices or remotely.

What you will contribute:
- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, encompassing business development and marketing, to drive revenue growth and expand Cocomore's client portfolio.
- Business development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your profound understanding of digital marketing trends and client needs.
- Marketing excellence: Optimize and enhance our marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our growth objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Team collaboration: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, working closely with the heads of our departments such as Strategy, Creative Division, and Data Science to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Client relationship management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their evolving needs are met with innovative solutions.
- Performance optimization: Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
- Innovation and trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches.
Your profile:
- Proven track record in driving business growth within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Extensive experience in both business development and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, customer acquisition strategies, and market trends.
- A relevant university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on mentality: You thrive in an environment where you are not just leading from the top, but actively engaging in tasks and driving projects forward with a hands-on approach.
- Profound experience with and knowledge of digital tools and platforms relevant to business development and marketing, such as CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and data analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English (C1–C2) and German (B2 or higher). Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office and Jira is desirable.
