Your position is based in Madrid. We are recruiting within our entity 1 new Client Services Manager dedicated to our Madrid site to meet our growth challenges.
Reporting to the Regional Manager based in Lisboa, you will manage and support a team of 20 employees (including employees in 24/7). You will be responsible for the management of your activity and the development of your team.
You manage and supervise the activity:
- You consolidate and validate KPI of site activities;
- You contribute to different projects (bring expertise and identify key people to involve);
- You decide and manage action plans to improve KPI.
You are in charge of managing your team:
- You develop team leaders and employees;
- You follow and validate the recruitment needs under your scope of activity in accordance with our "caring" values;
- You define and challenge collective and individual annual objectives for your team.
You also work closely with the regional manager by being its voice and by giving visibility on the activity.

YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION
You have a previous successful experience in management, improving customer journey, client service, or similar job roles. A degree in insurance or management will be a plus, but your personality interests us just as much.
You are able to follow up a budget (KPI’s) and different projects in a fast-paced environment and you use initiative. You can define a strategic vision and develop managers' profiles. You are methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization, and reactivity on a daily basis. You are able to federate.
You must be bilingual in English in order to carry out your missions. Another language is a plus.
In short, you are someone who can be counted on and who also likes to be able to count on a respectful and supportive work environment.
