What are we looking for?
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and managing innovative projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and possess strong leadership skills? If so, we want you to join our team at Good Rebels as a new Client Success Director.
As a CSD you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management and business development.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
What are the role requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, project management, and business development within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
