Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as a Franchise Partner for our operations in Spain. As a Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of our HR services business in the Spanish market. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for business development, client management, and HR services to own and operate a franchise under our established international brand. Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow our client base and expand market presence in Spain. Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions. Operations Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise, ensuring compliance with company standards and Spanish regulations. Sales Leadership:Drive sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Team Building:Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and support staff as needed. Brand Promotion:Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in Spain. Financial Management:Manage the franchise’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets. Reporting:Regularly report on performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities to the company's head office.
