Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Key Responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits SpecialistPrepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget. Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. Designs and develops compensation policies. Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness. Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration and track the accomplishment. Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company. Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives. Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees. Trains line managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies. Coordinates the activities in the compensation area with the business center. As HR ControllingCoordination of personnel planning and budgeting. Responsible for the budgeting process and monitoring of the headcount. Responsible for the monthly closing headcount/costs in collaboration with Finance. Analysis of personnel costs, deviations and action plans monitoring. Execute reporting of the monthly data to the headquarter and finance ensuring timings are met and data quality is maintained. Organizational management: Modification of the organisational structure according to changes provided by HRBPs. Design and execute the HR data analytics. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal, consulting, written and verbal communication skills in business EnglishSpecialized training or certification in compensation and benefits programs is desirable. Significant experience in a similar role. Experience in compensation and benefits within multinational environments is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with reporting systems like PowerBI is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
