En la actualidad, buscamos incorporar en nuestro equipo de Technology Transformation un** Consultor/a Senior Contact Center** con experiência en diseño y la implantación de soluciones de contact center
**¿Qué requisitos buscamos? **
- Experiência principalmente el diseño y la implantación de soluciones de contact center
- Conocimiento avanzado en tecnologías de Contact Center (Genesys, Avaya, AWS Connect, Sprinkler, ).
- Conocimiento de varias tecnologías o plataformas (Genesys), haber trabajado con modelos de distribución automática de llamadas (IVR, ACD, CTI), con integración multicanal, con STT/TTS y módulos de normalización y entrenamiento, etc.
- Valorable positivamente saber de servicios cognitivos (voice bots)
**¿Qué buscamos? **
Conocimientos Consultoría (3-5 años)
- Toma de Requisitos, Planificación e Implantación en Proyectos TI: Experiência en la planificación,
gestión y realización de proyectos TI desde la toma de requisitos hasta la implantación.
- Desarrollo de Documentación e Informes de Seguimiento: Habilidades avanzadas en el desarrollo de documentación e informes de seguimiento del proyecto.
- Metodologías ITIL y Scrum: Conocimientos en metodologías ITIL y Scrum. Experiência en la gestión de proyectos de TI utilizando estas metodologías.
- Mejora Continua en el Área TI: Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora en el área de TI, aportando valor al cliente y desarrollando nuevas soluciones.
- Gestión de Propuestas (RFI, RFP): Experiência en la gestión y realización de propuestas comerciales, incluyendo la respuesta a solicitudes de información (RFI) y a solicitudes de propuestas (RFP).
