The role
Temporary role until June 30, 2025
As a Consumer Research Project Manager within the Insights function, you will manage the overall delivery of research projects on behalf of the Central Research team, ensuring high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Key accountabilities
- Manage the overall research project delivery for standard and custom ad-hoc projects (e. g. , in-home user testing, ethnographies, concept tests).
- Guide and support insight business partners in scoping consumer research project briefs.
- Propose optimal approaches to answer business questions via consumer research.
- Ensure projects meet internal and external quality standards and deliver outputs against timescales.
- Manage third-party research suppliers from the supplier roster.
- Capture, document, and share consumer research outcomes via knowledge platforms.
Skills & experience
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- 3-5 years of experience conducting research, preferably on the agency side.
- Experience in research design and analysis within a consumer research function.
- Experience in stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
- Proficient in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Sound commercial awareness and ability to synthesize data reports into digestible formats.
