Develop Business Plan for Spain:
- Create and implement a strategic business plan for the Spanish market in alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze business data to refine and optimize business strategies.
Team Building and Management:
- Build and manage an efficient business team, ensuring team members possess professional competence and work efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement incentive mechanisms to enhance team cohesion and work enthusiasm.
- Provide training and development opportunities to improve the overall business capabilities of the team.
Accountability for Business Results in Spain:
- Take full responsibility for the business performance in Spain, including revenue, collection, profit and loss, ensuring the achievement of the company’s financial targets.
- Monitor and manage operational costs to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance and safety in business operations.
Drive Implementation of the Overall European Business Plan:
- Collaborate closely with the intercontinental team to implement the overall European business strategy in Spain, considering local market conditions.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure the timely and quality completion of business projects.
- Regularly report business progress and market dynamics to headquarters, providing strategic advice and decision support.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the logistics industry, with a minimum of 3 years in team management.
- Familiarity with the Spanish and European logistics markets, with strong market analysis and business planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish communication; proficiency in Chinese is a big plus.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of financial management and risk control.
