Your missionWe are looking for a true leader to join our company and support our local team in Spain. You will be leading a team of over 148 people and managing the Sales, Key Account Management, Success (Customer Care), Marketing, and People & Culture (HR) functions. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work alongside 16 other Country Managers. You will drive the market strategy for Spain and oversee daily operations. This role is about taking our business to the next level, including building a winning team, partnering with national key accounts, and winning the hearts of consumers through a strong brand. Your roleAs Country Manager, you will be responsible for building an ambitious plan to scale Too Good To Go and executing it with excellence in your country. Identify growth opportunities in the market. Be a visionary about our mission, dreaming of a world with no food waste and influencing the overall ecosystem. Lead, support, and challenge your local management team, inspiring people to bring their best. Be the point of contact in your country and collaborate with other Country Managers and Global Teams to grow the movement around the world. RequirementsLeadership experience: You have experience as a Country Manager, Managing Director, or General Manager leading teams of over 50 people. You have solid experience as a manager of managers. You are a high-growth leader: agile, highly communicative, and obsessed with finding the right people and putting them in the right roles to shine. Relevant experience in leading high-growth organizations, preferably in a digital marketplace. You know how to recruit the best talent, develop top talent, and manage underperforming teammates. You have a strategic mindset: you can prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and analyze results to learn from success and failure. You communicate your strategy with clarity to stakeholders in a compelling way. You have experience in a digital marketplace environment and understand its dynamics. Using data to make better decisions in a complex environment comes naturally to you. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is a must. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Direct experience working with Key Accounts is a strong plus. Experience or a network in the food industry and/or in the social impact industry is a plus. You enjoy operational challenges and seek continuous improvement and optimization.
