You will be responsible for driving digitalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. Reporting locally to Regional Change Lead and globally to Digital Channels Tribe Lead. Key Responsibilities:Lead the digital channels product area, encompassing online banking, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. Ensure these channels align with company objectives and meet the evolving needs of our diverse client base. Manage and implement digitalization strategies, with a focus on achieving targets related to revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost management. Manage the delivery of digital banking services, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third-Party Payments, Wallets, and Automated Applications, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from conception to launch and beyond. Ensure products are innovative and meet customer demands. Lead and motivate the Digital Banking team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Drive team performance to achieve business goals and contribute to the growth and profitability of the digital channels. Review and evaluate existing processesfor opportunities to enhance efficiency through digitalization and automation. Lead transformation initiatives that optimize operational performance. Ensure the continuity and high performanceof digital and self-service channels. Promote their adoption among customers to drive engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with international and cross-functional teamsto ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives. Align project goals with broader business objectives. Negotiate and coordinate with business stakeholdersto integrate digital channel strategies with overall company goals. Drive stakeholder alignment and support. Lead brainstorming sessionsto generate new product ideas and spearhead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions. Build and maintain relationshipswith digital technology providers, industry peers, and key stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements. Conduct thorough market and competitor analysisto inform digital strategies. Recommend enhancements based on market trends and technologies. Prepare and manage annual budgets for digital projects, ensuring expenditures are within budget and aligned with financial objectives. Monitor financial performance to ensure successful implementation. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the digital banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of working with Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams. Strong experience in managing online banking and mobile application services for both individual and corporate clients. Excellent teamwork capabilities in an international setting. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate with various business stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
