The project!
As a Digital Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and executing the overall wholesale strategy for the brands to maximise sales and exceed targets.
What will the role entail?
- Responsible for the performance of two of our brands with leading European 3rd party platform acting as daily point of contact.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally to maximize brands' visibility, drive sales, protect brands' equity, optimize product performance and ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy tailored to each brand considering market trends, consumer behavior and competitors’ trends.
- Collaborate with platform to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities.
- Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales and present key learnings, areas of opportunity and proposed actions for assortments.
- Stay up to date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable and profitable growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other teams.

- Business, Economics Degree or similar.
- Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
- Languages: fluent English and Spanish.
- IT skills: Knowledge of using Business analytics tools (e. g. , Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP). Knowledge in Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance insights).
- Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytics skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.
