As the Digital Marketing Director, In this highly-visible and hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer in developing a best in class B2B digital ecosystem and content marketing engine. This is not your typical enterprise SaaS marketing job and requires a unique blend of digital technologist, strategist, doer and leader as you will need to design the strategy of the Digital marketing department, define the different functions, resources and being able to attract, recruit, develop and coach a top performing team covering all digital marketing functionsWe place learning and development at the core of our company, we are proud to encourage a culture of continuous learning where you will have from weekly time set aside in your schedule for learning, to unlimited resources of ebooks, courses, videos,

What you will do at ODILO:Own the digital channel ecosystem, lead the internal and external team responsible of digital marketing and define our tools and Martech strategy (process, tools, etc). Live and breathe digital content and digital channels from how content and digital channels should be optimized for digital performance, to organic SEO, to paid search and social media. Participate heavily in the creation and management of digital KPIs that go beyond vanity metrics,
benchmarking based on B2B industry best practices and internal performance and providing optimization recommendations and implementation to help Odilo achieve our goals on digital channels. Develop digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, mid-funnel movement, and existing client engagement in collaboration with content marketing, product marketing, Account Based Marketing and other Odilo team members
