Within Digital Strategy Partnering and Governance (DSPG) organization, Strategic Vendor Management mission is to ensure that maximizes the value it receives from its strategic digital vendors (20+ Tier-1 vendors) by orchestrating their governance and performance with them.

SVM Service Associate
Working in close collaboration with all Vendor Managers and Digital contract managers, the Shared Services associate reports to the Shared Service manager and contributes to providing a 360° view of the relationship between strategic vendors - “Strategic Vendor Cockpit” - to enable Digital leadership executives to make fact-based decisions regarding vendors and provide strategic insight into the continuous improvement of our sourcing strategy. He/she contributes to centralizing & aggregating vendor data in order to provide the Digital organization with relevant, timely & consolidated dashboard information and to support the day-to-day activities of Digital Strategic Vendor Management department.
Duties & Responsibilities:

The Digital SVM Shared Services associate performs the following roles and responsibilities:
- Delivery of quality “Vendor Performance Assessment” scorecards as per schedule:
- Interact with vendor managers to maintain schedule for on-time delivery, finalize the list of contributors. Send surveys through Microsoft Forms, analyse the scores, and compare vendor performance rating, prepare vendor Dashboards to aid decision making.
- Creating and updating Vendor Cockpits - Tier 1 vendor cockpit, Top 100 vendor/ Partner cockpit, spend analysis to provide SVM/ Digital leadership teams information and dashboards to drive decision making.
- Collects and consolidates from Vendor/contract managers key vendor data summarized into a Strategic Vendor dashboard & KPIs.
- SVM KPI's Dashboard: Support in creating / updating KPIs by interacting with team members and collaborate it into a dashboard for the management teams to review.
- SharePoint: Build and maintain a SharePoint site to store & share all Strategic Vendor info with the team. When appropriate, provide access to key stakeholders (e. g. DLT members, etc. ) to Strategic vendor data over SharePoint site. Organize SharePoint with folders and files in the relevant libraries.
- Regularly extracting relevant information from tool (spend, Purchase orders, invoices etc. ) and driving Spend analysis to find opportunities for optimization.
- Supports ITS SVM team in building and updating SVM budget using financial & reporting tools.
- He/she works in close collaboration with all SVM team members, Digital Procurement / Finance teams and tools to gather and coordinate the sharing of key vendor data.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience working in global, international and multi-cultural environment in a matrixed organization.
- Good communication skills, ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills and Power BI skills - mandatory.
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with global team members based in India, Europe, USA, Canada.
- Ability to pick up / work on IT tools, while the exact tool experience is not mandatory, the ability to pick up and comfortably work on IT tools is needed.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - active listening & empathy. Good skills for collaboration and facilitation. Sense of accuracy & rigor.
LANGUAGES:
- English fluent (writing, speaking and effective communication internationally).
Qualifications:
Describe mínimal and desired qualification (education/professional career) required for this position:
- Min. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or Financial reporting disciplines.
- MBA in IT related topics (i. e. IT Governance & Reporting processes) - desired.
- 5+ years overall working experience in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Governance, IT Reporting/ analysis and Financial Planning.
Additional Requirements of the job:
