We're looking for a likeminded Business Development Lead with the experience, passion, and Jedi skills to help us rid the world of crappy design - one project at a time.
Would you like to:
- Proactively explore potential opportunities and open conversations with new clients.
- Design the strategy, content, and sales materials to approach clients to deliver value and establish a relevant relationship.
- Lead prospective clients through the entire sales process and research and synthesize client needs, aspirations, and challenges.
- Understand all of our offerings, identify the right fit for prospective and existing clients, and maintain and update our CRM.
- Support the overall sales strategy by creating sales materials, aggregating case studies, and creating reusable stories for future clients.
- Partner with our local marketing team to identify appropriate initiatives that align with existing and prospective clients' business goals.
- Respond to new business inquiries, revisit existing customer relationships, and provide recommendations on incoming opportunities.
- Establish a systematic approach and coordinate with Designits who have a say in local business development.
- Report directly to the Business Development Director.
We would like you to be:
- Someone with 8+ years of relevant sales/business development experience and connections within the design industry.
- Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership.
- A self-starter who's able to multitask, shift gears when needed, and remain organized throughout the process.
- A sales closer at heart - you can strategically carry out the end-to-end business development cycle.
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts - to bring them to life.
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together.
- Either an EU national, or someone with a valid working permit for Spain - this is a must-have - and able to travel for international projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English - other languages are a bonus.
