We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to manage the continued growth in the EMEA region, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success,
with a dotted line to the CEO. You will lead a team of passionate creative operations professionals who are servicing a range of clients from large game publishers to smaller developers. Our clients thrive in highly competitive markets and demand high quality creative support for their user acquisition campaigns. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The goal is to promote, expand, educate and ultimately grow accounts. You must be adaptable and process-oriented, able to manage various teams at once without sacrificing attention to detail. - You will act as both a leader and a mentor, fostering a team culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment. You are responsible for the management of all commercial relationships with clients, putting together business plans for new and existing client contractual negotiations, and are responsible for ensuring that the commercial rigour of Creadits’ EMEA client proposals meet their business goals. You, working with Sales, identify, analyse and close new business opportunities. - Additionally,
you will be working with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver key results that are aligned with Creadits’ revenue strategy and goals. **What you'll be doing**:- Ability to lead, motivate and supervise creative/professional individuals, leading them to a higher level of quality and creativity- Prospect and analyse and develop new initiatives and opportunities to achieve overall goals of business (revenue, strategy, efficiency)- Maintain and create opportunities of growth for new and existing clients- Operate effectively with clients ranging from large game publishers and major media companies to small indie developers- Assist in developing and streamlining policies and business processes across the creative operations and business development teams- Partner closely with internal creative teams to support key projects on business and operational issues throughout development and delivery- Work in partnership with management Develop strategies for new or existing opportunities- Manage production capacity in our creative network**Your background**:- 10+ years experience with gaming, digital media, social media, and advertising- 10+ years with business development experience- 10+ years with management experience- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for gaming and entertainment- Creative, self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments- Experience in motivating and positively engaging staff, and management, cross functionally in ways that build trust and enthusiasmCreadit’s team is comprised of data-driven innovators and disrupters.
