As the People Business Partner, you will support the Head of People Operations in providing a high quality and proactive people service meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations, employee development and reward, and adding value in support of the Company's business objectives. Job Duties And Responsibilities:Support the Head of People Operations in providing advice and guidance on best practices in people management and compliance with employment legislation, as well as internal security and audit procedures. Provide advice to management teams and employees escalating more serious issues to the Head of People Ops and CPO. Support the Head of People Operations in ensuring that the country remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently. Implement appropriate actions to raise employee engagement levels and ensure regular two-way feedback is undertaken with employees. Ensure attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at country level, with remedial actions taken where necessary. Support line managers in undertaking disciplinary and grievance hearings ensuring appropriate procedures are adopted. Ensure all monthly data is collated and shared with the Head of People Operations in line with timescales. In collaboration with line managers, ensure appraisal interviews are undertaken within the appropriate timescales. Experience And Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills. Ability for problem solving as well as conflict management and resolution. Ability to support change initiatives, with good understanding of the principles of change management. Proven experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork. Spanish and English proficiency.
