Bridge for Billions, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Ashoka, and Acumen, has worked with more than 100 organizations such as Coca-Cola, Novartis, VISA, and institutions such as the United Nations or IDB Lab in the development of large-scale entrepreneurship programs. In 8 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 60 people from nearly 20 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
JOB MISSION
The Ecosystem Program Manager at Bridge for Billions will oversee the 'Conecta the Migrants and Refugees' program, aimed at building an inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem in Spain and/or Italy. This role includes managing incubation programs, training local partner organizations, engaging with the local community, managing knowledge, building capacity, and handling strategic marketing responsibilities. The Ecosystem Program Manager is also responsible for scouting and enrolling partner organizations into the program.
MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS
1. Local Community Engagement and Stakeholder Management (30%)
- Scout and recruit Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) into the program.
- Manage ESO accounts to deliver value and ensure membership renewal.
- Nurture a community among ESOs, local partners, and global counterparts.
- Engage with various partners for program support and collaboration on shared initiatives.
- With the support and guidance of the programs marketing team, develop content for social media, conduct interviews, share program updates, and create internal news bulletins.
- Represent and position Bridge for Billions at local events.
2. Incubation Manager and Support (50%)
- Train, guide and assist incubation managers from ESOs in effectively running incubation programs, including training in the use of the Bridge platform and scouting support.
- Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each program.
- Co-plan the Demo day with the ESOs where the top entrepreneurs are selected.
- Co-create the impact report with the program director.
- Facilitate the checkpoints session on the different modules on the platform.
- Coordinate templates for social media content.
3. Knowledge Management and Program Success Tracking (10%)
- Actively gather insights and learnings from the program to share within the company and with the client.
- Track entrepreneurs’ progress and monitor feedback, offering solutions to challenges.
4. Capacity Building (10%)
- Organize and implement sessions, activities, and initiatives to empower ESOs on incubation and other requested topics to enhance their capacities at managing and executing incubation programs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Hard Skills we look for in this particular role:
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Studies in business, project management, marketing & community building, engineering, or similar disciplines.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a program, project, or operations manager, account management, customer success roles, or similar.
- Experience in entrepreneurship is highly valued.
- Experience in developing and deploying initiatives supporting entrepreneurs.
- Experience in supporting capacity development training, building, and organizing workshops, etc.
- Proficiency with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, or an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. Good grasp of spreadsheets.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship, communities, and global connections.

- Excellent writing and oral communication skills with a friendly, yet professional tone.

OFFER AND LOCATION
Transparent salaries and fair compensation structure, mid-range for the social sector:
- Compensation:Annual salary ranging from €28, 500 - €31, 500.
