(EK-745) - Product Analyst Incident Response (Hybrid setup)

We're looking for an experienced forward-thinking cybersecurity specialist who will manage projects around the roll-out of a new SOAR / Automation solution in our Cyber Defence teams.
As a Product Analyst for Incident Response, you will be gathering & defining requirements from various teams, support projects end-to-end, defining incident response processes & playbooks and enhance our incident response and investigative capabilities.
What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup (50 : 50), balancing work from home and the office premises (office presence 2-3 days per week).
About the team
You will be part of a dedicated Cyber Defence team that is passionate about keeping the company safe by going above and beyond in terms of preciseness and diligence.
We oversee maintaining security operations, focusing on delivering high-quality detection monitoring and response solutions.

In your role, you will
Play a pivot role in safeguarding our organization’s systems and data and lead the charge in:
- Incident Response Playbooks - own the creation of IR playbooks in collaboration with monitoring & response team.
- Project Management - lead projects extending the capabilities of our incident response platform.
- Design Authority - decide & prioritize how new processes are built & delivered.
- IR processes - work with the monitoring & response team to identify pain processes, come up with solutions and coordinate their implementation with other teams.
What we need from you

Must have:
Qualification & background
- Min. 3 years of work experience in cyber security with extensive automation touchpoints
- Experience with product analysis / ownership
- Experience in leading projects across multiple teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Additional experience should include:
- Agile work methodologies
- Technical writing
- Metrics definition & reporting
- Product evaluation processes (RFI, RFP, POC)
Personal competencies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to articulate and present complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience developing in Python, Kusto, or any other scripting language
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in cloud environment Azure or Amazon AWS
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO or CIS controls.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS / IPS, EDR, DLP solutions
- Understanding of threat intelligence
- Certifications: CEH, CISM, CCSP, CISSP
