We are on a mission to change the dynamics of the Organic Industry in Europe and North America, with the objective to have presence worldwide. We strive to consolidate the Organic industry and lead the growth in the coming years together with all stakeholders, nationally and internationally. BioNippy is a One-Stop-Shop for Organic, Sustainable, and Recycled products, offering a huge range of impactful products delivered in minutes and at very attractive prices.
We are currently looking for a Country Manager Spain to join our team. This role will be based in Spain and will report directly to the management team in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategy of scaling BioNippy in Spain.
- Provide strategic direction and create a vision for success, helping to drive the company's development towards long-term success.
- Explore the market and perform a variety of tasks to expand BioNippy's presence through sales, partnerships, logistics, and stores.
- Work closely with our founders, CEO, and VP to define further strategy and processes around expansion and our Spain Growth Team.
- Set up BioNippy in the Spanish market together with HQ.
- Run the business in Spain in collaboration with HQ.
- Build strategic direction for Spain and be responsible for P&L.
- Accountable for all operations and business activities to ensure desired results are achieved and are consistent with the overall company strategy and mission.
- Explore new market opportunities in the organic and sustainable retail and logistics industry.
- Develop local B2C and B2B partnerships.
- Coordinate and test marketing campaigns for different target groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ambitious growth plans can be successfully rolled out.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience as an International Business Developer, Country Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, or B2B Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proactive with new business models and channels; execution-driven.
- Experience working with international business units and teams.
- Able to prioritize and deliver within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, organized, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable across multiple teams.
- Professional with the ability to work to strict timelines, manage accurately forecasted budgets, and execute effectively.
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 products, and G-Suite, including data design and manipulation in complex spreadsheets.
- Experience in managing people.
