Your daily work will include tasks like these:Maintaining relationships with clients through phone communicationProviding clients with product knowledgeEffectively managing all incoming incidents, such as calls and emailsCollecting information from clients and resolving technical issuesYour qualificationsYou speak French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2). Experience in customer and IT support is a plus. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
