Responder al anuncioAll Posting Locations:Madrid, Madrid, ESJob Functions:HRDate Published:July 26, 2024Ref#:R-84702ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an exciting opportunity available forGeneral Services & Facilities Managerat Kraft Heinz!Based in Madrid and reporting to theHead of HR Iberia, you will be the main point of contact for our fast-paced facilities. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure the smooth running of the office and our brand new culinary hub operations and procedures, including coordinating repairs, handling payments, and helping to plan engaging events and activities. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the utilities, maintenance, and facility benefits budget. Coordinate the payments of vendors. Ensure compliance: Adhere to safety & health regulations. Handle the order and inventory of office supplies. Oversee facilities operations: Manage daily operations, including building systems, equipment, and utilities. Coordinate the tools of the employees such as laptops, mobile phones, corporate credit cards, etc. Supervise the office clerks and couriers. QualificationsPlease kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. Work Experience: minimum two years of previous experience supervising an office in a multinational organization. Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Passion for improving and a proactive nature. SAP knowledge is a plus. Problem-solving abilities. Collaboration skills. What we offer youA competitive salary (above market).
