German-speaking Business Development Representative - Google Cloud Solutions

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and promote Google Cloud solutions across the EMEA region. This role involves outbound calling, relationship building with key decision makers, and leveraging Salesforce.com to manage customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas and maintain daily and weekly activity targets.
- Educate prospective customers on Google Cloud solutions and align them with business needs.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails, establish rapport, and qualify leads.
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce.com to ensure clarity and continuity in the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators and sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally within the IT sector.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a quota-driven, phone-based environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in IT outbound sales, including cold calling and managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
- Understanding of local business environments and market dynamics.
