ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive candidate sourcing through various channels to identify German-speaking professionals in the consumer services industry. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their language proficiency and qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain a strong network of language professionals to facilitate efficient candidate placement.
