We are currently looking for aGlobal Accounting Senior Managerto provide accounting and financial oversight for our international entities, and be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial records for multiple legal entities. You will be a key partner for Business Operations, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Accounting to set up and maintain business processes. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, manage, and review accurate financial and accounting reports (month-end and year-end closing activities), budgets, and forecasts. Prepare and analyse consolidated Financial Statements during quarterly closings, ensuring that all transactions and documentation are accurate and comply with IFRS standards. Maintain a strong liaison and support with management and other departments, ensuring clear and accurate communication between accounting and third parties. Keep accurate records of data entry according to company policy. Stay current with all legislative changes in the field of finance and accounting. Review all monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for all international entities coordinated with external advisors. Support annual auditors’ reviews with regards to international reporting, provide reconciliation support to help facilitate an optimal audit process and assist with international regulatory compliance. Research and resolve accounting issues and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure IFRS compliance. Review intercompany balances monthly reconciliation. Ensure that appropriate internal controls over operations and financial reporting are in place to reduce risk and secure corporate assets. Develop working relationships to collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, International Finance teams, and Treasury to meet day-to-day operational needs and long-term strategic initiative milestones. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Solid technical expertise in IFRS and accounting, with strong analytical and IT proficiency. Prior experience in auditing is a plus. In-depth knowledge of general ledger functions and month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and analysis. Familiarity with SAP and/or SAP BI is a valuable asset. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams and build strong partnerships across the business. Strong teamwork abilities, especially in multicultural and multidisciplinary settings. Advanced proficiency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
