Global Marketing Manager
At Reig Jofre we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager for the Pharmaceutical Technologies division, so that they can contribute to the different projects that we are developing in our headquarters based in Sant Joan Despí. Your main mission will be lead the global marketing strategy of the Pharmaceutical Technologies (PhT) product portfolio. If you like challenges, feel comfortable in dynamic environments and have a vocation for the pharmaceutical industry, do not hesitate to continue reading!Responsibilities:Strategy: Define comprehensive marketing/commercial strategy for the PhT portfolio of medicines in the different channels, defining priorities, to drive market share, sales, and profitability. Execution: Support execution by the different teams of the agreed marketing/commercial strategy and priorities, following-up on results and adjusting plans as needed. Portfolio commercial maximization: Contribute to the PhT portfolio development by providing commercial input in early stage analysis and decision-making both for own products (sales via affiliates and partners), and in-licensing and distribution opportunities. Pricing: support yearly update of Transfer Pricing between plants and affiliates. Work with Market Access to create and update external pricing policy and address pricing decisions. Performance: support the identification of risks and opportunities in the different channels and markets, as well as the diagnostic and plan. Insights: Gather, channel and action external and internal insights, both qualitative and quantitative, including Competitive Intelligence, Data sources like IQVIA or Reuters, and Customer input. Stay up to date with industry and market trends. Forecasting and supply: lead PhT Budget and Forecast seeking the right direction and ambition in the long-term and forecast accuracy in the short-term. Promotion: co-create with Medical Affairs the key external messages for the Business Unit and its priority products and launches, supporting external engagements in congresses, detailing, on-line, etc. Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or in Life Sciences complemented by business acumen. 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales, ideally with exposure to diverse type of products, including new launches, and Hospital Products, Generics or Biosimilars, and to local and regional or global environments. Consulting experience a plusCommercial operations, ideally at Country level. Desirable experience working in Spain and one or some of the other RJ B2C markets (UK, Nordics, France, Poland)Exposure to demand planning, supply chain, customer service. Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturing sites is a plus. Fluent Spanish and English. Work location Barcelona (Sant Joan Despí) with ability to travel nationally and internationally 20-30% of the time, as needed.
