Global Paid Social Specialist Growth - Madrid - Hybrid Remote

This is the roleReporting to the Global Head of Paid Growth, the Paid Social Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of our paid social campaigns across markets, working with the key social media platforms to deliver on our growth objectives. Their primary focus is increasing intake volumes via paid social channels and managing and maintaining advertising campaigns. Some specific job duties of a paid social manager include:Your main responsibilities in this role: Execute marketing campaigns across various Paid Social channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit Tracking performance using metrics such as engagement, hook, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs Optimizing campaigns to improve ROAS by analyzing data and making informed decisions about creative assets and landing pages Support enhancing Podimo’s overall approach to Paid Social marketing and design strategies that can be automated and executed at scale. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, and design, to develop and execute marketing strategies Align with your team leader and Heads of Marketing to ensure goals are met and learnings shared. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives. Creating reports and presenting results to stakeholders This is youAre you a skilled and creative professional, an absolute team player and not afraid of new challenges? Then we have the right job for you!Experience we’re looking for: At least 2 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field. Proven track record of increasing intake volumes via paid social channels and optimizing campaigns for improved ROAS. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions about creative assets and landing pages. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating reports and presenting results to stakeholders. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, brand, and design, to develop and execute marketing strategies. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
