Responder al anuncioGlobal Solutions Architect- The Global Solutions Architect is a role within the Global Integration Centre (GIC). The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure operational preparedness for integrations between our clients HR system of record (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Workforce Now, Lifion, etc. ) and ADP's global payroll platforms - ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo. This role sits within the GIC Subject Matter Expert Team, and will work closely with Product Management and Development to pilot new functionality, develop documentation and ensure training delivery to our global integration centre staff. Additionally, the Global Solutions Architect will serve as a technical escalation point for the Implementation and Service teams within the GIC and will collaborate with 3rd party System Integrators to establish best practices. The Global Solution Architect will participate in pre-sales discovery sessions as needed and support the ADP GPD/PM and client to create draft statements of work, provide estimations, and any other prerequisites for implementation. The Global Solution Architect will work with and support the relevant methodology managers in ensuring alignment between the GIC and other groups on processes and deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES:Analysis & Consultation - Identify and communicate the advantages and disadvantages of various utilizations of ADP HCM components and integrations, both to the client and to internal ADP teams. Analyze and define the pros and cons of the various go-live scenarios that could exist for the different components of the client HCM solution and ADP product solutions end-to-end. Define the methodology and activities (e. G. , testing) for the different components of the HCM solution. Build strong partnership with the Global Program Directors, Project Managers and country/platform Leads in cross-functional/cross-platform discussions and methodology. Support with onboarding activities for new Associates. Provide coaching/mentorship and on-the-job training for new Global Solution Designers and Global Integration Architects. Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the GIC Team, including informal on-the-job training. Provide pre-sales support including analyzing and providing answers for tender documentation, performing demonstrations and attending any workshops where specialist knowledge of his/her area of expertise is required. Provide consulting and quality assurance to the project teams responsible for end-to-end integration testing and the go-live cutover approach, to ensure that global decisions and standards are applied and adapted correctly to the client projects. Liaise with other ADP groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management, PMO, and Product Management to ensure alignment on client deliverables and methodology and to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service (implementation and support). Participate as required in any product Global Advisory Board (GAB) activities for his/her area of expertise, and advise and assist on the global implementation and services activities on the GAB (e. G. , prioritization of open issues). Ensure that templates for global design deliverables: blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific configuration documentation, and service-related materials are kept up to date, for his/her area of expertise. Assist in resolving escalations of project issues escalated by GIC team members and Project Managers including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the implementation program and service lifecycle of the client. Manage escalations, issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP GPT templates, following the GIC escalation model. Work with other GV/CSL/Product streams to resolve open issues and gaps. Track cross-client requirements and gaps/issues centrally for the GIC and track these to resolution. Report on the status of these requirements to GIC leadership and other ADP partners. Identify areas of improvement in the integration process. Demonstrate proactive participation in GIC and other ADP forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the GIC Team, including informal on-the-job training or working with the teams responsible for creating and maintaining formal training courses.
