Responder al anuncioEuropean Bartender School is looking for a Client Administrative Coordinator (French Market) to join our International team!The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and curious person, with exceptional attention to detail. Here’s what you’ll do:Take care of the relationship with our students and Franchises, assisting them on a life changing experience. Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the campaigns. Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide. Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs. Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!Job requirements:Excellent communication skills. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment. Full working proficiency in French (C2) and English (C1); any additional European language is a plus. An understanding of EBS product or first-hand experience of an EBS course. Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce. Strong organisational and administrative skills. The Offer:A competitive salary package. Shorter shifts on Fridays.
