The Brand Ambassador role represents the brand and its values through every customer interaction and maximises the HOG member experience. What you will be doing? Represent the H-D Brand and its valuesAssist support customers with a bespoke and exceptional serviceAnswer customer telephone, emails and post enquiries and escalate to relevant partiesManage the customer relationship focusing on developing and retaining customers and membersEnsure an optimum customer experience through every customer interactionProcess Payments on behalf of HOG membersDrive revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling where relevantCapture H-D customer and member feedback and report back to management for improved customer experienceAccurately maintain and update HOG member records on SalesforceCommunicate effectively and accurately to customers and HOG members, to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionRequirementsWhat skills experience you will bring to us? A fluent level of Dutch with exceptional grammar and spelling skillsA high level of English (Both written and spoken)A fluent level of German is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills across languages supportedPositive, enthusiastic, friendly personality, a natural communicatorStrong listening and influencing skillsAbility to perform under pressure, and think quicklyAbility to handle complaints and difficult customersBeing passionate about motorcycles is a big plus!BenefitsWhat do we offer?
