The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and account management skills. The person must manage global stakeholders internal and external to B-F and as such the role requires someone capable of working in a very internal environment. Key tasks will include managing customer negotiations, securing profitable listings, building broad and deep customer relationships, and leading and developing the commercial team in the region. Meaningful Work from Day One: As Senior Regional Manager, the role will assume full global PL responsibility for the accounts assigned in the region, ensuring alignment of activities and support across the regions. The role is the Global Account Manager and main contact for Avolta, leads the Account Manager in charge of Lagardere globally, and also the development of the regional GTR accounts in Europe West (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Benelux, Netherlands, and Switzerland) to ensure the development of Brown-Forman brands in travel retail sales channels, in alignment with our brand building philosophy and global brand strategies. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all travel retail activities in the assigned region. The role will collaborate with GTR and local management teams to evaluate market conditions, implement sales and promotional plans, and recommend changes. This role can be based in Paris, London, Barcelona, or Amsterdam. What You Can Expect: The role requires focus on European countries' Travel retail customers. Primarily, the role will require you to:Be the main Global negotiator and point of contact for Avolta, the largest retailer in GTR worldwide. Lead and support the Account Manager of Lagardere for the global negotiations. Create, execute and deliver agreed PL objectives in the region. Identify profitable growth opportunities for the Brown-Forman spirits portfolio. Work with GTR and brand teams to execute agreed brand plans and budgets to achieve regional goals in the assigned territory. Lead the commercial team in the annual pricing and listing negotiations with all customers in the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
