Are you ready to be an Eburian? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of SREs to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with development and the other platform teams to improve our infrastructure and create efficient and automated processes.
What you will do
- Lead a team of SREs and collaborate with other teams to ensure high availability and reliability of our systems.
- Design and implement automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and services to ensure they meet our reliability and scalability requirements.
- Manage the team's performance, develop career paths, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and practices related to SRE and infrastructure.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and databases.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e. g. Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
