We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of planning, delivering, and reporting on a range of social media campaigns, across various social platforms, to drive brand awareness, reach new customers, and re-engage our base. The team:
At Smallpdf, we work in pods, autonomous and cross-functional teams within the company—like the Avengers, but for SaaS! You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to our VP of Marketing. This is a highly cross-functional role which will require close collaboration with leaders across Sales, Product Management, Finance, and all other Marketing teams.
Your mission:
As the Head of Demand Generation, you will own our Paid & B2B strategy driving a portfolio of tactics and channels that gets us to our revenue goals through customer growth (Smallpdf) and qualified opportunities to sales (PDF-Tools).
Your responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership team as well as Sales, Product, and other key stakeholders to set and execute a roadmap for Smallpdf’s growth across demand gen marketing channels (paid media, website, trade marketing, etc. )
- Create effective strategies, training, and documentation on growth-related topics such as Customer Acquisition, Paid Media, CRO, Marketing Operations, Creative, ABM, and other related areas
- Guide the prioritization, processes and rituals of marketing-related initiatives as the targets scale
- Build financial forecasts & models using the LTV: CAC ratio as the measure of revenue success and ROI
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insights, and clear communication to your team and the whole organization on the company’s B2B marketing strategy
Your profile:
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, SaaS and high-growth marketing experience preferred
- At least 4+ years of demand generation management
- Hands-on experience in managing Paid Marketing campaigns (preferably within Google’s ecosystem)
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies
- Data-driven approach with affinity for A/B testing (familiarity with SQL desirable, but not essential)
- Strong knowledge on CRM solutions such as Salesforce or Hubspot as well as in Marketing Automation programs
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to grow
