We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Global B2B Communications to join our global superstar team at Too Good To Go in Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, or Paris. Your missionIn today's world, especially in light of the challenges that the inflationary crisis presents, we need to diversify our areas of action to increase the power of our initiatives and messages. Therefore, we are looking for a B2B communications expert who is passionate about exploring new communication channels and integrating them into public relations work. This position reports directly to our VP of Communications. Your roleHelp us build the basics to do outstanding work around B2B Comms: Create, adapt, and socialize a B2B comms strategy; define processes, goals, standards, plans, and tactics to effectively communicate about all the amazing things we do with our partners. Provide business/creative communications consultancy, developing and executing integrated plans that align communications with business goals. Develop story ideas, research, and thought leadership that builds a brand profile, using data to build narratives with greater impact and support business goals. Build close relationships with key business partners, business leaders, and B2B media stakeholders. Collaborate with PR, Brand, customer service, legal, and operations teams to develop B2B communications strategies and support the business. Become a trusted leader and advisor for the leads of the operation and a mentor for the entire team. Help manage agency relationships, defining clear outcomes and accountability for deliverables. Create content for every relevant opportunity and coordinate company resources to find new ways to create and broadcast innovative content. Help manage media inquiries and interview requests from B2B/trade media. Organize innovative events, in partnership with our commercial allies, focused on strengthening ties between the company and its important stakeholders. Support the company in its expansion plans at both national and global levels. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Communication, Political Sciences, Journalism, Economics, or equivalent experience. Full professional proficiency in English; other languages (French, German, Italian, and Spanish) are a plus. At least five years of experience in leadership roles in in-house B2B communications or public relations agencies, with emphasis on content creation and managing issues, crisis, and reputation management. Experience in a data-oriented work environment, event coordination, and media management is preferred. Results-oriented and self-motivated approach; a highly entrepreneurial profile.
