What we are looking for
As the Head of Operations at ifeel, you will lead the strategic optimization of our SaaS services ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our users while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Functions:
- Strategic Optimization and Project Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize services, increase efficiency, reduce delivery times, control costs, and enhance quality.
- Service Quality Assurance and Standardization: Establish and maintain standards for service quality and efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Implement processes to uphold service excellence and standardize operations among partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Executive Team Liaison: Collaborate closely with product, development, customer success, clinical, and marketing teams to align operational strategies with company objectives. Serve as a key liaison between operations and other departments, collaborating with the executive team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational performance data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the executive committee to communicate key findings and progress.
- Acquisition and Conversion Campaigns:
Define and implement processes and campaigns for acquiring and converting therapists. Lead high-impact engagement and retention projects in coordination with other teams.
- Development of Analytical Frameworks: Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, and models to deepen operational awareness and facilitate informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in operations management within the SaaS industry.
- Experience in on-demand delivery is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management tools.
- Experience in healthcare industries is a plus.
