Responder al anuncioA recruiter is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead their client’s sales team in Tenerife, Spain. The ideal candidate will have significant practical experience in sales, proven success as a sales manager, and a deep understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance and growth in a rapidly growing industry. The candidate will be required to shift their tax residency to Tenerife but will be able to work remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Team Leadership and Management:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Sales Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Utilize multiple CRM platforms to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports. SaaS Expertise:Leverage extensive knowledge of the SaaS industry to drive sales growth. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SaaS sales. Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with product offerings. Revenue Growth:Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability. Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to increase market share. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of practical sales experience, with at least 5 additional years in a sales management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Extensive experience in the SaaS industry. Proficiency in using multiple CRM platforms (e. G. , Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
