HR Advisor - Legal Team

We're currently looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our Legal Team in Barcelona. This is a very exciting opportunity for graduates in Labour Relations/Human Resources, passioned for people and professional development, who wants to improve their skills with experience in an HR department (read more below). , and a passion for people and professional development. TasksWhat will you be doing? • Advice managers and other internal stakeholders on labour and legal matters and procedures. • Perform modifications in the Social Security system and the HR system as required, including working conditions modifications (changes in schedule, salary, role, etc). • Prepare legal documentation and communications (agreements, sanctions, etc). • Prepare documentation for legal proceedings (labour inspections, union meetings, etc. )and participate in Union meetings, internal communication, labour inspections, conciliations and other legal proceedings. Requirements• Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2/bilingual level) and an excellent level of English, both spoken and written. • Previous experience working in an HR team is mandatory (at least 1 – 2 year). • Living in Barcelona, or able to commute - the role is office based however you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week• Degree in Human Resources / Labour Relations. We also welcome Law graduates so long as they've passed the state exam to join a Spanish “Colegio de Abogados”. • Solid knowledge of labour, social and human resources legislations. • Working knowledge of the Spanish Social Security system. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills: must display patience, empathy, and helpfulness at all times. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. • Ability to work under pressure and ability to handle various workloads. • Good organizational skills and efficiency. • Initiative to learn and get involved in new projects.
